For cooking you will need:
Black tea
mint
apples
lime
sugar
ice
Cooking method:
Brew 1 liter of black tea, strain, add about 30 g of coarsely chopped mint. Peel a couple of small apples from the core, cut into cubes and also put in hot tea along with half a lime. Add sugar to taste. Cover the kettle with a lid and let cool. Serve chilled with a few ice cubes and a lime wedge.
