Homemade energy bars are much easier to make than you might think.
You will need: 1-2 bananas, 6 tbsp. oatmeal, 60 g walnuts, 40 g raisins, 2 tsp. chia seeds.
Preparation: Grind walnuts, raisins and chia seeds in a blender. Add bananas and chop again. Add oatmeal, mix, leave the mass for 10 minutes and put it on parchment. Bake everything in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and then cut into bars.
