
Fresh lemonade is relevant all year round. If in summer it refreshes and quenches thirst, then in winter this drink charges with essential vitamins. Making it at home is easy.
Ingredient
lemons – 3 pcs.
mint – 5 sprigs
honey – 2 tbsp. l.
granulated sugar – 150 g
water – 3 l
How to make lemonade with mint and honey
Prepare the ingredients.
Put a pot of water on the fire, add a few sprigs of mint, bring to a boil, then cool to room temperature.
Wash the lemons, pour boiling water over them and leave them in water for 5 minutes.
Cut off the tails, cut into slices and remove the bones.
Grind lemon slices, a few mint leaves, sugar and honey in a blender.
Pour the resulting mass into a 3-liter jar and fill with cooled water.
Remove overnight in the refrigerator. Strain before use. Lemonade is best drunk chilled.
