100 g rice flour;
1 large egg;
100 g of kefir 2.5%;
50 g sour cream 15%;
1/2 teaspoon of soda;

Step by step way:
Take the egg out of the refrigerator.
We warm the kefir in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Then we drive in the egg, add sugar, sour cream, sifted flour and knead the dough for pancakes. It turns out sloppy. That’s the way it should be. If the dough is very thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of kefir.
Then add baking soda and stir. The reaction will begin immediately, bubbles will appear in the dough. Let the test stand for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, heat up the pan. We spread the dough on a heated surface, one tablespoon at a time, forming pancakes. Fry them under the lid for 1-2 minutes on each side or until a beautiful golden crust appears.

Lush and very tasty pancakes on kefir with rice flour are ready. Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit! If you serve them with jam, honey or syrups, then initially make pancakes without sugar and sweeteners in the dough.
