Do not drink this smoothie on an empty stomach!
You will need: 2 ripe mangoes, 150 g coconut pulp, 150 ml coconut milk, 1 tbsp. chia seeds.
Preparation: Pour chia seeds with milk and set aside for 5 minutes. Put the chopped mango, coconut pulp into the bowl of a blender and beat until smooth. Add the soaked chia seeds to the smoothie and mix thoroughly again.
